We strive to offer the cleanest candles for your home.  We use 100% soy which is non-toxic and cleaner-burning. 

After your payment is processed please allow 2-3 business days for your items to ship. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Shipping time is between 2-5 days. If it has been longer than 5 days or the item was stolen please contact customer service.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please email support@chiccandleclub.com to start a return.

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasions, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email support@chiccandleclub.com with a photo of the candle.
